Customers can request to pick up and drop off at any location.
How old do I have to be to rent from Mike Albert?
You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. An under-age fee applies for renters between 21 and 24 of $21.00/day
What do I need in order to rent a vehicle?
- A valid driver’s license (for international customers, an international driver’s license and passport)
- Proof of full-coverage insurance that transfers to a rental vehicle
- Two phone numbers (home/cell and work)
- Credit card or bank-issued debit card (connected to a checking account) in renter’s name
Does Mike Albert offer after-hours drop off?
Yes, we do. At each location this option is available. Please inform your rental agent at the time of pick up that you will be returning after hours and they will be happy to explain the process.
Can I use a friend or family member’s credit card?
The credit card or bank-issued debit card used must be in the renter’s name. You can be listed as an additional driver if someone else is paying for the rental, but they must qualify as the primary driver.
What are my payment options for renting a vehicle?
We accept all major credit cards as well as bank-issued debit cards connected to a checking account. The renter’s name must be on the card presented. We do not accept prepaid cards, cash, or checks.
Does Mike Albert require a deposit?
Yes, at the time of rental we collect a $250 deposit. This will be returned to you at the end of your rental period as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which it left.
What if I have additional drivers?
Mike Albert permits one additional driver that is on a shared insurance policy and has a valid driver’s license at no cost. Additional drivers are permitted and must meet rental requirements. Additional driver fee applies.
Can I purchase insurance?
Yes, we offer a few options for your convenience. Please see our additional services page for more information.
Does Mike Albert offer delivery for rental vehicles?
Yes, we will deliver your rental vehicle. Local delivery and pick-up is available, call 513-554-2900 for a quote.
What are my options for vehicle refueling?
- Pre-Pay Fuel Option
Pay upfront for a tank of gas at a discounted rate. There is no refund given for unused fuel. - Fuel Service Option
If you choose not to pay in advance for fuel and bring the vehicle back with less than the amount it went out with, you’ll be charged for fuel and an additional fuel service charge. - Self-Service Option
Fuel the vehicle up before returning it.
What if I have a problem with the vehicle while I’m renting?
In the event of an issue or a breakdown, please call 513-554-2900 and choose option 1 for immediate assistance. We maintain our fleet with the utmost care, and while we expect your rental to be without issue we’ll be here to fix it if one arises.
Can I extend my rental period?
If you are interested in extending your contract, call us at 513-554-2900 for further instruction.
Can I utilize a Mike Albert Rental vehicle to tow anything?
At this time, we do not permit towing with any of our rental vehicles. If you are looking for a long-term solution to your towing needs, we suggest purchasing a low-cost, pre-owned vehicle from our Sales & Service team.
